As a guest at The Grand Madhushala , our policies are deliberated to boost your stay and confirm maximum comfort and convenience throughout. Please be aware of the following policies:

CHECK IN - 12:00 PM.
( Early check in available on extra charge, based on availability)

CHECK OUT - 12:00 AM
(Late check out available on extra charge, based on availability)

Pets : For the comfort and safety of all the guests, pets are not permitted.

Smoking: Smoking in some rooms is permitted. Please request a smoking room at time of booking to ensure availability for your stay.

Guest Identifications: According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at The Grand Madhushala , The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before 15 days to check in : No cancellation charges.
• Cancellation within 07 days to check in : One-night cancellation charges.
• Cancellation within 03 days to check in : 100% of the booking will be charged.
• In case of No Show / Early check out : No Refund and 100% charges applicable .
